I think age is starting to get to it as the flavors aren't as bold as the last couple of years. The maple isn't very noticeable anymore. Still an excellent beer however.

Subtle maple, nice coffee. Really happy with where this is sitting right now.

Unique check-in #9000. 🎉🍻 Faint maple syrup nose with big bourbon barrel presence.Fantastic mellow & rounded bourbon flavours.Fleeting weak coffee notes.Soothing maple syrup mouthfeel.Mild drying oak linger.Alcohol warmth is fitting not dominant. 😍😭

BD 24 september 2018. Mn laatste CBS helaas. Vintage 2018 is echt spulleke. Plakkerig, romig, notig, roasty en vol bourbon en vanille. Heerlijk.

The known, but brilliant layered tastes: maple, coffee, some nuts. Velvety texture, good head.

Big bottle. This may have lost the maple but it is oh so smooth and drinkable. Still get chocolate and barrel with minimal alcohol

[bottled 10-02-2018] [from the cellar]Another forgotten bottle past it's prime. Surprisingly nice head, almost nothing on the nose (cocoa and alcohol). Plenty of boozy heat, some chocolate, a vanilla-ish something and.... Discovered another bottle, too😑

A darn friendly birthday present from last month. Maple and coffee were super smooth and balanced together and the booze heat was mild.

So, chocolade in de neus en ook wat droppig. Bij het drinken proef je de barrel aging. Oxidatie komt na een 10 minuutjes. Veel beter en zoeter dan de 2019

Big boy bottle. Bumped up to 5 since this aged so well. All flavors blending well. Coffee maple chocolate with mellow boozy barrel finish. So smooth.
