After a trip through Kentucky, I'm traveling up north to Canada 🇨🇦. This is probably my favorite of the series but the fudge was a close second. The maple adds just enough sweetness while the roasty coffee balances it perfectly. Happy Thanksgiving!

Maple, sweet, some wood, bourbon last as it is the least predominant flavor

Lots of coffee and barrel on the nose, maybe some vanilla. Coffee, cocoa, and burnt sugar (maybe from the barrel?) on the tongue. Little bite of barrel and syrup sweetness on the finish. This may be better fresh?

Maple is still there. Great and solid Stout. Big Boy too. Still have a few of these left plus a 2017!

Quick beer with some Redwood faves. Look at em! So loveable 🤪 Wonderful boozy Founders stout. How good is that hint of maple?

Coconut, liqorice all sorts, vanilla, maple syrup, very oily, sweet, sweet, sweet, but not cloying. Rummy, could do with a bit of roast or espresso, but very, very good. Almost 4.5.

Tried this year it was released, and kept a second bottle. Finally opened and damn. It ages well. Heavy and sweet and syrupy. So good.

Blijf dit een 'overrated' bier vinden. Erg lekker en mooi in balans maar ook erg saai en totaal geen complexiteit voor zo'n hoge score. Echt Amerikaans.... bigger, better, greater, bla, bla, bla...
