Coffee flavor- I will give up real coffee for this

All packed up! Didn't have room to pack this - So why not drink it? This aged like syrup, but in that good way. The coffee is mello but present. That maple is still the focus and it works well.

@ 6 years in the bottle. There is plenty of carbonation still. Sweet and mellow. Boozy, but not hotly so.

Haven't cracked open this year's version for 2.5 years. Still aging fantastic. Still getting the coffee/chocolate slightly sweet properties with light bourbon. It's not too hot. Rich mouthfeel and slightly sticky.

~5.5yr o. Earthy, bitter coffee and cream have really come out with age. Still notes of barrel: bitter vanilla and hints of bourbon heat. Fun sharing with my buddies!

As if anyone knows me, I don't always drift to far outta my well-house (of the IPA persuasion) , but that last wanna be bier by, "Stormcloud Brewery" in Frankfort, MI was so bad (I was very lenient with my rating) only a quality stout could cleanse dabuds
