Very strong maple and good coffee flavors! A dessert beer, but not overly sweet.

2018 vintage bomber. Flavors are true to original mellowed wonderfully. A dynamite brew well worth the wait A++

FLN. Age has only improved this magnificent stout. Smoothened and mellowed with the years, this is a classic.

After aging the maple is gone and it’s all chocolate. Very tasty

Clean, sweet, focused, balanced, rich, high consentration, great length, creamy, fullbodied. Notes of cocoa, nuts, maple syrup, espresso, rind, dried fruit, morken wood and caramel. Marvelous!

Attention Founders! Bring CBS back. Aging very well seems more creamy and smooth. Maple chocolate

I cracked this open after reading online some flavor may be lost in the aging process. Just over 4 years old. Happy to report the flavor is still there. Maple sweetness on the front, bitter chocolate at the end. Still delicious! (Cold taste)

I forget just how good this beer is until I open another bottle. A really soft velvet mouthfeel and the coffee, chocolate and maple are all so distinct and delicious. That sweet maple on the very back though….sooooo damn good!

No maple content left. Some coffee notes. Drink it fresh folks 🙃 Probably applies to most pastry stouts IMHO.
