Bottled 2.01.21. Smakar kaffe, choklad, lakrits, kola, läder, Bourbon, vanilj. Lite söt med brända toner. Smakar bra, men faller på en tämligen tunn kropp, vilket ger en något spritig upplevelse.

Artificial sweetness, thin, overly carbonated. The best days of Founders beers are long gone.

Paksua, vähän kuplii. Alkuun jo tuoksussa pieni bourbon, sitten vaniljaa, loppuun paahteisia suklaan sävyjä. Hyvä, ehkä inasen makea.

Nose has maple and bourbon. Taste has roast, dark chocolate, coffee and bourbon notes with maple on top. Texture is really soft and mouthcoating leaving a long complex aftertaste. Great porter that is a true porter.

Nice porter. Not to heavy but definitely taste the maple, vanilla and coffee notes. Good bourbon barrel finish.

Bottled 01 Feb 2021, uncellared: nose of vanilla, cinnamon bark, milk chocolate, bourbon; actually, not too sweet. Taste profile of iced oliang, earth, horchata. Lingering bitter oliang aftertaste. Ordered one for my cellar, but not seeing it.

Was a wee bit disappointed with this, glad I opened it and didn’t keep it for longer. Just a sweet porter. Had better.

Grain-whisky like scent with malty and thick feel. Sweet and chocolaty, bit grainy flavour. Lighter bodied than expected.

Mauuuukas. Sitä bourbontynnyrii, vaniljaa ja vaahterasiirappii. Hyvin makea, mut ei jätä mitää turhaa imelyyttä limakalvoille, vaan oikein sopivan viskihörpyn jälkeisen fiiliksen.
