Not getting a ton of maple I think it's getting overwhelmed by the barrel.

Curious flavor with this one. The flavor mix almost gives me an anise vibe. Glad to finally try this one.

Aging hasn’t improved it significantly. Vanilla is still strong but with an added bitterness that is reminiscent of straight vanilla extract. Barrel aging is nice.

J’suis un peu malade, peut être pour ça que je comprend pas grand chose à la bière, mais j’ai bien compris que c’est agréable à boire. Une bière noire plutôt gourmande sûrement avec des trucs cools dedans.

Sweet, roasty nose. Vanilla, boozy flavor. Rich, roasted malt. Vanilla extract flavors. Maple hints. Good BA porter

Thin, no noticeable barrel, the vanilla and maple is subtle but at least it doesn't taste at all like a porter. A porter that doesnt taste like a porter is the only good porter

It’s good. Roasty, sweet as expected . Maybe a touch too sweet for me

Balanced, on the sweeter side. Roasted notes on the end help keep the palate from being too sweet.
