Maple is slight. Not a ton of flavor, as expected for a porter. But. Well-balanced and smooth.

Nice BA Stout, lots of vanilla, some wood notes in the flavor, little boozy on the nose. Pretty smooth and easy drinking

Really well balanced with the barrel aging and vanilla. Doesn’t have the boozy characteristics I don’t enjoy from BA beers.

Can't tell if it's awesome or mediocre...hmmm. I'll split the difference and lean a little to the awesome side cause I can taste the maple. I expected more but not that let down either. It's like a purgatory of BBA porters...but a smidge better 😅

Tasty, maple and vanilla, no over powering barrel. Solid turn out by Founders like usual.

Strong vanilla and maple aroma, vanilla on the front, maple is a little thin, bourbon barrel is hard to find. Decent!

Founders does it again with another BA product. This one softens the initial bourbon punch of most BA beers with a not too sweet maple flavor that rolls into a dry oakey flavor and leaves you with a vanilla finish. Very impressive for the production scale

Vanilla adds tons of sweetness. Barrel aging could be stronger but overall, nice porter

Founders does it again! Malty and mapley sweet, only slightly boozy with hints of coffee. The vanilla really shines through. 🍻

I get a hint of vanilla but not the maple. Still a good beer, not sure Founders makes a bad beer.
