One from the vintage pack. Safe to say this didnt age well.. only thing left was a heavy dose of barrel.

Brunch beer! Took half the bottle and coffee infused it, so yummy!

It has lost most of the adjuncts. Very smooth. It would be fair to rate it.

The body has held up nicely, providing a nice velvety sip, but the coffee has faded down to mere bitterness and the cacao is nowhere to be found. The oldest of the crew just doesn’t have that same punch, which shouldn’t be too surprising.

Found this old fella on the shelf, no point waiting any longer. The occasion? I baked cookies. Chocolate and coffee have dropped off. More of just a smooth bourbon barrel imperial stout now. I prefer fresh

Not actually for drinking today but not horrible from the couple tastes I had; turning peppery but was a great base for the BBQ sauce.

Pleasantly surprised how this has held up even if it’s a little thinner than most of today’s pastry stouts.

Aged for 4 years, this brew had mellowed significantly. Strong dark bakers chocolate and dark coffee. But it isn’t astringent or boozy. Flavors came forward with barrel oak. Wonderful.

It has mellowed a lot over these years. It maybe time for a vertical to make room for more beers.

This one did not hold up well either. Four years appears to be too long for KBS ☹️
