Had to pop one because it's just so cold outside. Licorice, black currants and chocolate. Stellar.

A nice aged imperial stout. The chocolate and bourbon has mellowed over the 3 yrs that the bar has sat on the keg. It’s a shame they have it over carbonated.

Smells of bourbon and Smokey oak. Taste is dark bitter chocolate that moves into heavy bourbon and smoked oak. Finishes with smooth vanilla. Last bottle must have been bad, this one has aged well.

Snow day afternoon. Baker’s chocolate, licorice, coffee has faded leaving hints of oxidation & a lingering burn.

Redondísima... Esta birra envejece de locura. Se vuelve un pelín más licorosa, pero la madera, el cacao, el café, el coco, el Bourbon y la vainilla se abrazan y te hacen a ti abrazar a la gente. Maravillosa.

Aged quite well. Chocolate nose, chewy body with a toasty coffee and licorice. A bit of boozy heat but not too much.

Coffee bourbon chocolate. A bit of a boozy bite but nice after these cold snowy days. Nice sipper after all that snow.
