This one had an honor to be the christmas dinner stout this year. And boy was it a hit.

Ap: 99; Ar: 97; Sa: 99; Se: 99; Co: 98 - Média: 98,4. Duelo, quase desleal com a BCBS (mas a data pediu). Oleosa, com creme espesso, bem formado e retido. Negra e totalmente opaca. Aroma traz Bourbon (abaunilhado) leve. Café, torra e álcool ao fundo.

Endelig knukket etter 5 år på lager!🤩🍻Masse fylde, lang og god ettersmak av sjokolade, vanilje og kokos. Hint av lakrisrot.

Quem guarda tem e tem surpresa boa. Chocolate amargo, café, bourbon, torrado, carvalho, alguma baunilha, levíssimo defumado, dulçor, leve aquecimento alcoólico, amargor médio e persistente.

Chocolate explosion. 90% Chokolate, Deep roasted flavours of coffe and almost burnt caramel. Hints of the bourbon aning still lingers beautifully. Still alive and thriving after soon 7 years since the batch was released. Wonderfull imperial Stout.

SO. SMOOTH. but at 7 years, this is downhill from my rating of a 5 in 2020, saying 4 years was the sweet spot. Though I'm happy to have that comparison.

Pari vuotta edellisestä maistelusta. Suklaisuus edelleen isossa osassa, kahvia ja maltillinen bourbon. Jälkimaussa viimeisenä bitteriä. Ehkä kuitenkin kuivunut vähän.
