This one is hard to describe, or maybe my taste buds are numb. Mild, honey, malty. Mike says pretzels and I think that seriously is it!

1st marzen of 2021!.... This will be the bar. 🥨 Nice head, I was able to pour it foamier than I thought it was going to be. Kinda nutty of front that's ok but it's really the back end where this shines for an American marzen. Great job using water salts
