スコッチエールかと思っていたがブラウンエールなのね。パンケーキにザラメ糖な甘さ。何か縁日の屋台で売ってるスイーツにこんなのありそうだ。バーボン樽熟成だが、チェリーとオレンジピールが入っていることによってシェリー樽な感じも出ている。どうやらこの一杯が今年の〆になりそう。毎年同じ事書いてますが、Untappedの友だちの皆さん来年も酔いお年を。See you next year, next beer. Untapped Friends.
