Lots of green olive on the nose. All the carbonation is gone. Still plenty boozy.

Aged pretty nice. A little more boozy flavor than I recall.

A month shy of eight years old but still measures up. Perhaps a little more dark chocolate forward and subdued on the barrel notes.
