Upvoting this; less sweet this time around, but still off. Lots if maple and very smooth; barely any evident hops. Okay.

Not an IPA; however, it's fucking incredible. It tastes like a stout without the chewyness of caramel malt.

5 yrs later, barrel flavors fading but maple is still present. Hops long gone, but still smooth & yummy.

I got a new phone and was off untapped for months. I missed so many beers it's absurd, some fucking GRAILS. But I came back for this. 5/5

This has pretty much flattened out. Hops are pretty much toast. Maltiness & sweetness remain but that's about it. Figures since its prolly 7 years old.

Rich and chewy. Hops and toasty bitterness don't clash and there's lots of caramel for balance.

Ooo hell yeah. Oldie but a goodie. Aging out great. Sweet maple, still very hoppy. Thanks John for cracking. Going to let it warm up some more and see if the maple sticks out even more. Can’t believe I never checked it in.

Good things from the back of the old man's fridge. Faded a lot but still a nice amount of hops and maple.

I'm so sad I cracked open my last bottle knowing it's long out of production. Hopefully Founders brings this back, this has aged incredibly well.

Perhaps a bit old now. I'm getting less maple now. Still tastes great, though! Giving it my original rating.
