Did not hold up well. Soy sauce aroma. Tastes like umami and mint 🤮 polarizing combination malt/hops/adjuncts only worked fresh

9-10 years old and held up alright. Bitter pine and dark chocolate with some cardboard

This has pretty much flattened out. Hops are pretty much toast. Maltiness & sweetness remain but that's about it. Figures since its prolly 7 years old.

Upvoting this; less sweet this time around, but still off. Lots if maple and very smooth; barely any evident hops. Okay.

Cellar. Ooops. 4 years. Still tasting good. Oxidized Bose. Get the maple boozy finish.

Not feeling it this time. Was a lot better a few months ago. Definitely taste the ipa. Bitter maple has faded

Touch sweet and syrupy for my tastes, but that’s what they were going for, and as most things Founders, finely crafted.

I really liked this beer when it was released... 8 years ago. It has diminished, but it's still pretty good. The bitter hops and dark malt plus 10.8% body and bourbon maple barrel all persisted enough to mask the aged hop flavor

5 yrs later, barrel flavors fading but maple is still present. Hops long gone, but still smooth & yummy.

I think I have this Pam Pan thing sorted out. Surprisingly still delicious. Cellar surprise!

Good things from the back of the old man's fridge. Faded a lot but still a nice amount of hops and maple.
