Perhaps a bit old now. I'm getting less maple now. Still tastes great, though! Giving it my original rating.

Not an IPA; however, it's fucking incredible. It tastes like a stout without the chewyness of caramel malt.

Rich and chewy. Hops and toasty bitterness don't clash and there's lots of caramel for balance.

Ooo hell yeah. Oldie but a goodie. Aging out great. Sweet maple, still very hoppy. Thanks John for cracking. Going to let it warm up some more and see if the maple sticks out even more. Can’t believe I never checked it in.

No idea how it’s an IPA. Tastes bourbony and sweet with vanilla.

I'm so sad I cracked open my last bottle knowing it's long out of production. Hopefully Founders brings this back, this has aged incredibly well.

This is a mind F***. Tastes like a stout had a baby with a farmhouse and the body of a black ipa. Amazing!

Been in the cellar a long time. Not IPA so much, some bitter, not porter or barley wine flavor. Just a touch of Bourbon, no maple.

5 yrs later, barrel flavors fading but maple is still present. Hops long gone, but still smooth & yummy.

I think I have this Pam Pan thing sorted out. Surprisingly still delicious. Cellar surprise!
