Very tasty, flavors are slightly muted, lots of flavor/carbonation remain but looks like 3 years will be the sweet spot. No burn. None left in the cellar after the fax fiasco

Still drinking great! It has mellowed out for sure. Such an amazing beer.

Always love this brew. Still good but not sure a few years in the bottle really did this any favors though.

A lot different from the 15. Its picked up some weird smoke characteristic that I'm not enjoying. Hmmm

Just had a 2012, and it was more popping vanilla than this guy - this is a bit of wood up front, then it more like a wet rag...

Nose: Dark Fruit, something kinda off in my opinion (Jason doesn't agree - he really liked the nose, but I think he's kinda drunk). Palate: Light Mouthfeel, Dark Fruit(s), Caramel(s). Finish: Dry, Bitter(s). Today's rating: 4.00.

Last of a 4 pack from 2016. Fresh was almost un-drinkable hot. This has reached perfection in single malt smoothness.
