For me it had all the right amount of flavors. The coffee, chocolate and vanilla gave the brown ale somewhat of a caramel flavor which I really like. Oh yeah then add in the bourbon barrel flavor. Works for me. Thanks Brad D. !!

Another solid barrel aged offering from Founders. Not too sweet and a nice amount of coffee with vanilla.

Ooh, this one hits all the right notes for me. A symphony of boozy coffee notes, accented by flourishes of chocolate and vanilla bean and bourbon, all settling on a bed of nutty brown ale. Heavy and sweet, this one isn't for everyone- but it's good for me

Get a green coffee bean feel from this one. Leaves a dry cocoa finish in the mouth.

For a brown ale it’s impressive. However as a stout I think this would of been out of this world. Subtle sweetness. Aroma is off the charts and dessert like. Light and a bit thin for the ABV. Torn on this. Good not great though.

Cloying sweetness and a bad jumble of adjuncts makes this an undrinkable mess. The worst Founders beer I've had. #drainpour

The coffee and brown ale compliment each other nicely. Would prefer to have more sweetness from the Bourbon.
