Very cherry and lots of sweetness from the maple barrels

2017 bottle that's been in my cellar. Barrel impact now matches the cherry. Really well balanced.

BB 2017. You get those cherry and maple syrup flavours coming through nicely, but a bit too sweet and time + the booziness has it verging on cough syrup.

Smooth and fruity with a hint of the bourbon barrel, which gives it character! Not sour and not sweet. Good beer to watch the bats after sunset!

2016 batch still good 5 years later. Cherry flavor almost gone, bourbon very smooth

Do they still make this? I've saved this 2017 bottle for years and I love this beer. I get 0 tartness, but real good cherry flavor with a nice barrel finish. I might need to road trip if this is around elsewhere.

Very unique beer. I thought the cherry wood be overwhelming but instead it was well balanced. Nice sweet flavor profile. Can taste the barrel flavor but it balanced nicely from beginning to end.

Woah. That's a lot of fruit. They coulda warned me! From 2017, apparently. Why have I had this so long? Tasted very fermented. Loads of maple syrup and a bit of the barrel. Sourness is faded.
