Had to bring down the percent b4 calling it a night. So nice founders barreled aged brew!!

Cherry maple Bourbon - delicious but a day ender. Not a lunch beer.

Lighter bodied than I expected. Smooth and lightly sweet, lots of wood flavor. Not really tart or sour at all.

Not sure how I really feel about this one. Kinda reminds me of cough syrup...

Slight bourbon nose. Slightly thick and mouth feelly. Good. But nothing I’m going to scream and shout about. Probably my least favorite of the bourbon barrel series from Founders.

Thanks Dave N. !! Definitely an interesting combination with the fruit beer style and maple syrup, but actually rather enjoyable!

Cherry ale aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels. Vanilla flavor comes from the barrel aging and is not an ingredient per Founders. Appropriately sweet. Very good!

This fruit beer is sweet (from the maple syrup barrels) yet fruity and tart with strong notes of vanilla and cherries. Thank you Jim

Could it's meh, but warmer it really opens up

Tart cherry ale aged and smoothed in oak maple syrup barrels. Nice earthy wood tones to go along with a bit on vanilla & maple and softened tart cherry fruitiness. 8% ABV, 15 IBU.

A little like a Shirley temple. Grenadine, a little booze, and light maple syrup. A little like cherry syrup so be prepared for sweetness.

I can see why you said seltzer, ya really just need to give it more fizz and just call it that

Maple and light cherry on the nose, light bodied, cherry and maple syrup blend well and there's a little bit of vanilla and Bourbon on the finish

Fruity and Oakey aroma. Sweet, fruity, tart and Oakey. A bit of maple and bourbon.
