Aging this beer nearly 4 years really combined and mellowed the flavors together. No tart bite at all. Smooth finish.

Super woody. Sweet, dark cherry with a little bit of tartness. Similar to a cranberry wine, but not.

Celebratory beer. I just found out I will be running in the 2022 Run For 3.21 from New York to D.C.

Pleasantly surprised. There is tangy cherry (not tart or sour, a plus), vanilla from the bourbon, & some maple. All flavors are pleasantly balanced and none are overwhelming. Nice.

You do get very subtle maple finish. Cherries are definitely muted. Dig it. This would be really good soured up
