Super sweet, bright, some tartness on the back end. No real ba taste that I detect. Weird. Ok

Thanks BT! Very different than the other beers I’ve had by Founders. On the sweeter side than what I’m used to, but I like it.

A cherry ale aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels? It’s weird. It’s really light in body, not very carbonated and oddly smooth. The first flavor to hit is a smooth ale-like maple syrup and then the CHERRY hits. It’s alright, but kinda tastes like medicine

Better than I remember from four years ago. Great oaky notes with slightly tart cherry ale, just a hint of maple

You get the tartness of the cherry upfront and then the sweetness of the maple in the finish.
