Nose cinnamon, chocolate, roast, coffee, cookie dough, light barrel. Taste nice big cinnamon and vanilla, roasty, and a little heat late.

I get coconut, even though there's none in it. Maybe it's the cocoa. Not as much cinnamon as last time, but still there. 12% ABV says this is a nightcap.

Bottled 03 Sept 2021. Flavors MUCH more balanced with aging. The cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa flavors are all there but are very well mixed together. It’s much better after aging over a year and a half. Alcohol is muted. It good.

Should have had this a while ago. Cinnamon and coffee still present and a touch of the cocoa. Vanilla is undetectable. Still an enjoyable BA Stout. Next time I get into these adjunct stouts sooner.

Je sais que cette version est généralement bcp moins appréciée, moi j'ai trouvé ça excellent, la cannelle est plutôt bien dosée, vanille tres discrète mais comme d'hab le fût de bourbon réveille le tout, c'est bien bien bon !! 😎
