Doesn’t live up to the hype for me. The flavor combo doesn’t leave me satisfied. Plenty of cinnamon bite and lots of dark cocoa - but just a hint of vanilla. Add in the bourbon barrel and it stays way too dark at the finish.

Cinnamon coffee thin no barrel character disappointing

Lots of cocoa/chocolate and a hint of cinnamon. Having a hard time finding any vanilla. It’s fairly warm compared to other KBS beers. While it still holds its own this variant is a bit of a miss for me.

A little too much cinnamon. Like other variants better

Aroma of cinnamon, cocoa powder, and light vanilla. Translates deep into the flavor as well, with strong cocoa presence that tends to take over. Definitely needs aging so the KBS base and BB aging will (hopefully) come through.

It's growing on me but the other versions they've done in the last couple of years beat this one hands down.

The worst of the KBS variants this is no Mackinaw Fudge…

Decent variation of KBS. Not as good as last years Mackinaw Fudge.

The cinnamon and vanilla are overpowered by the cocoa, but overall it's not a bad beer

A strong variant, not as clean as Espresso. Heavy on the cinnamon up front, almost overpowering the barrel and the other adjuncts.

Little heavy with the cinnamon and a slight burnt taste to the cocoa. Still makes for a nice winter warmer.

Always nice to try these iterations. It's good but nothing stands out at all. I get cinnamon and thats about it
