Like many beers using cinnamon as an adjunct, it hits you right in the face. Cocoa hits you afterwards, and there's not much vanilla to be found at this point. Minimal sweetness to mypalate. Maybe some cellaring will blend the flavors just a bit better.

Loads of cinnamon, smooth vanilla, dry powdery chocolate. Reminds me of snicker doodles.

This works, the cinnamon was a bit over the top, but takes great!

Solid. I didn't think the cinnamon and vanilla were as prominent as expected. Great beer though. Def better as it warms.

Very good nose… then the cinnamon and vanilla combo kicks in. Good stout

This was not as good as the fudge and espresso versions. Still a solid 4.

Cinnamon and vanilla are prominent. Roasty and chocolatey.

It’s good, but a little sweet for me. Solid.

Solid variant of KBS! I get the flavors in this order: coffee, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla on the finish! I can smell a faint hint of bourbon but cannot taste it.

Dry spicy cinnamon on the front. Other than that pretty much KBS. Waiting for a little warm up. 🍻👊🏾🤑

Was enjoyable…but not their best, and I love cinnamon too. I’m thinking this would be better aged.

Cinnamon rules the roost here and the coffee roastiness kicks in shortly after. Didn’t get much vanilla and with it not being a pastry stout, that’s OK.

Interesting KBS variant. Maybe too much going on. Prefer the original.

This one’s a little hot. The barrel-aging predominates the flavors. I expect other flavors to come out more as it mellows. Good now but may be better in a few months. Bottled 8.26.21. WE ARE…🏈

Cinnamon on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel. Cinnamon and a hint of vanilla throughout the palate. Coffee finish, as it should be. Well done Founders, and thank you for the KBS gifts year-round.
