Balanced lactose sweet mixture of vanilla, chocolate, coffee and barrel agedness! Not bad but maybe a bit synthetic...

Bh 18 not like any other "brown ale" I have had. More like a spicey porter.

Bready, bourbony...browny? Mild for its strength. Dont know if I'd go with velvety but it is smooth...and momma likes it ;-)

Vandaag een mooi pakket binnen gehad en om dit te vieren een lekker biertje gekozen 🍻 Wel iets te jong en zou adviseren hem te laten rijpen. De vorige die ik had was voller qua smaak. Maar nog steeds top 👍🏼

Hopt Advent Calendar (18). Very nice Brownie and the best out of the bunch from the Calendar so far. Quite a bit of fine coffee. Chocolate and some vanilla notes. Hints of toffee and brown sugar. The barrel is there in the back to bring it up a notch..

2 months later and still delicious. Miss Meatloaf agrees. Great brew to end the night! If I don’t see or talk to everyone before Christmas I wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

Advent calendar day 24, coffee nose with barrel, amber with a thick beige foam, coffee chocolate vanilla and bourbon barrel all work together for a fantastic flavor!

Thin, boozy coffee, bitter but a touch of sweetness. It’s okay, probably wouldn’t buy it again though.
