Would be better without the coffee overpowering the other flavors.

(3.8) Heavy burnt toasted coffee & malt (tobacco vibe). Beneath is soft chocolate & a nuttiness with an even lighter underlying fruitiness. Chocolate is more pronounced in the finish w. some booze, a light bitterness & lingering toasted coffee. Old school

Can smell the barell-aged notes. Not as chocolatey (to me) as I was hoping, but still quite rich complex flavours.

11.1% BBA Imperial Brown Ale brewed with coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and milk sugar. This is quite tasty! The flavors blend well with chocolate to start and coffee and barrel to finish. It’s really complex and needs to be sipped to explore the nuances

Don’t know why more brewers try barrel aging Brown Ales they beg for it and are so welcoming to introducing flavors

This is what happens when you get 3 inches of of snow then 4 days later the wind blows 35 mph all night.

Looked interesting on the menu but I went with the Bomb. However, my bartender Greg knows what I like and poured me a taste. WOW! This is so smooth and rich. Brandy barrel forward and brown sugar hints of maple. I HAD to order another… I will again.
