The bourbon comes through STRONG, stringer than any other BA I've had. Then the cinnamon after. But the bourbon really takes over, so it's hard to get vanilla and cocoa.

Had weird off flavor that was akin to freezer burn…perhaps from the adjuncts? Not characteristic of a year old imperial that’s been kept aging at proper temperatures.
