Very cinnamon forward. Vanilla & cocoa more of an after-thought. Been sipping this here & there for the last 2 yrs. It's better after aging but still not as good as other variants.

Always loved this KBS variant. Cinnamon in beer is a personal guilty pleasure. Combination with the vanilla, and the barrel makes this a beer to cherish. Plenty of them in stock, but bought a new one, just to not have to touch the cellar stock 🙄

Bottled 8.11.21 , getting through some cellar beers aka drinking all the founders up. It’s ok, body still a bit thin. Cinnamon had mellowed, for my palate that’s welcomed. Not my favorite KBS.
