Holy roast Batman. Don’t think age has done this beer any favors. Roast is overtaking the barrel. Honestly at this point might prefer a 3+ year aged rugular founders imperial Stout.

Great BBA Imperial Stout! Very smokey, roasty and full bodied with a slightly boozy and smooth barrel finish

Last one. 2 days short of 2 years old. Wish these had aged better, but still solid.

Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #23. Bourbon, oak, chocolate and vanilla in the aroma. Taste has bourbon, dark chocolate, oak and vanilla, in this order. The body is medium-full, bordering on full bodied, with a lower amount of carbonation. High 4.5/5

Really good. Barrel aged. So much flavor it is smooth and dark.

I don't get much barrel. Can't tell much difference between this and the regular.

2020 edition, not Mothership. Not a lot of barrel flavor but still a great version of the standard Imperial Stout. Thick, malty and coffee.

Barrel is almost completely gone. Overwhelming chocolate flavor. Some roasted character on the back.

A little chalky but this is a solid iteration. Dennis Green beer in what you thought they were.
