Bourbon is prominent. Coffee and cocoa. Strong. Roasty. Very solid yet missing a certain je ne sais quoi to provide proper balance to the bourbon.

An absolutely sumptuous beer. So delicate in the mouth, you would never believe it was 12%. It starts with wonderful dark chocolate aromas and is backed up with a slight coffee flavour. Then the warmth of the bourbon barrel aging takes over. Excellent!

Wasn’t as good as the coffee BCBS but Susan was blabby so I cracked a second beer while we sat on the porch.

Helt fantastisk som vanligt. Mörk kola, len och mjuk bourbonsmak i perfekt mängd, mörk choklad, bittert kaffe. Otroligt välbalanserad och fyllig.

Grymt god som vanligt. Usel effektivitet av mitt lag, utan desperation… sen får vi en gratisbjudning å då vänder allt. Spännande ??
