After 8 months, this has mellowed out nicely. smooth & nutty. Nutella & coffee. Still hoping for a "richer" body

Great Imperial Stout w/balanced, chocolate, hazelnut and bourbon notes, but a little goes a long way, lol.

Gotta agree with Joe on the surprising thinness of the KBS line, but it’s still an enjoyably, rich stout! The well balanced chocolate hazelnut flavor made it easy to forget the 12% abv after the first two sips. 😮💨

Great hazelnut flavor. Stout’s a little raw, but still smooth. Very nice beer.

Man I need to pour some of this in my coffee for a morning brew lol. Has a very strong but delicate taste and aroma of hazelnut. The slight hint of chocolate is hidden. Excellent pour from my friends at founders! I still have yet to be disappointed!

Outstanding hazelnut coffee flavor, with a chocolate richness supported by the bourbon barrel flavor. An excellent choice for a "dessert" beer.
