Very smooth beer. Malty profile with prominent hazelnut profile. Barrel aging has smoothed out after a few extra weeks of aging.

I like hazelnut coffee, so KBS got me. Roasty, toasty, heavy duty. Most suitable in the fall, but winter, spring and summer work too. Smooth sweet vanilla, maybe mostly from the bourbon barrel. A bit boozy.

Smooth and rich, with a little hazelnut over the barrel aged vanilla flavor. Very smooth, rich enough, very tasty, amazing smell.

Better with some age on it. This has been aged for about four months and it smoothed out nicely.

Dark roasted ground coffee nose, long lingering creamy coffee finish. Good alcohol punch for this dessert stout. Light on the hazelnut.
