Extremely smooth with a distinct barrel note

Slightly less bitter and alcohol flavor when decanted which makes it much more pleasant. Plus, the cherry goes a long way to improving it.

Wonderful aroma. As sweet as I should have expected it to be, given the high ABV. Definitely a beer to share with someone.

Enjoyed this way more than I thought I would. Worried it would taste like cough syrup, but the cherry is really supported by chocolate and coffee

As I said before: not the very best KBS I’ve consumed, but assuredly a most hearty, relaxing (desert) iteration of the art form. Good accompaniment to Mr. Loaf’s “Paradise By the Dashboard Light” on the 🎶📦. (Remember the Fud/Luscious arrangement? 🤩)

Dark chocolate. Cherry flavors are subtle and brings some tartness. Not too complex; wish everything was a little more prominent.

First beer as a credentialed Clinical Instructor! Very nice, rich notes of dark chocolate and coffee with subtle hints of cherry that come through a bit more pronounced at the after taste.
