I know Rob didn't like it, but I'm good with it. I like the boost the agave gives to the Belgian flavor profile.

Nice smooth & refreshing with a slightly sweet malty spiced fruity slight banana slightly boozy flavor. Goes well with my pulled pork & grilled blackened pork shanks. Happy Birthday Spenser.

Taste is Belgian funk, clove, citrus fruit, banana. Not sure what the agave provides. It's not as sweet as some Belgian tripels. Tight carbonation. Hides the 10% ABV and drinks easy.

Definitely Belgian in style with banana notes and mild clove notes. A nice malty finish.

A Belgian Tripel brewed with a substantial amount of Blue Agave nectar. On first sip I thought this might have seen some barrel time, the blue agave nectar gives this a very distinctive taste. Interesting and quite enjoyable!
