Does not taste like a regular Belgian triple to me at all this is way different.

Excellent flavors, but always foams out of the bottle upon opening.

Pleasant sweetness from the agave nectar, otherwise an average tripel.

It's... grassier(?) maybe a tad sweeter and drier? The agave nectar must have something to do w it, so kudos to the bears for trying something different.

BOTTLED ON: 02.10.22 1419 2. Doing well for the age. Mostly expected Belgian/tripel (banana) flavor but the agave is probably making this less enjoyable for me. Regular sugar or (gasp) honey would be preferred. Overall good. Also pictured: pizza poolish

Interesting take - a little sweeter than dry - not a traditional Tripel but definitely tasty
