Sweet with dried fruits, fudge, caramel and vanilla. Tastes delicious with salted peanuts.

A little smoother and fleshier than previous batches. Still a bastard beer that evokes fond family memories.

This is a symphony on the palate. Nuts, oak, caramel, brown sugar. Punches below its 11%. Presidential bump!

Roasted hazelnut and beer nuts on the nose; also semi-sweet chocolate, and a meaty-ness. Complex on the palate; a LOT going on. Well done Backwoods! OMK bump

Appropriately named brew for watching the Jerry Jones team from South Oklahoma. Oh and the flavor is nice btw. Scotch ale aged in bourbon barrels. Unique combo that works quite well.

A lot of vanilla and chocolate kind of like a milk shake but at the same time not really, extremely smooth though

Mycket stark öl med en befintlig whisky- och bourbonsmak, men len i munnen. Hintar av läder, ek, rostad hasselnöt och vanilj. Komplex!

Aroma: Somewhat light bourbon. Sweet dried fruits. Taste: A lovely balance between the bourbon/boozy side with the dried fruits and caramel side. So smooth! Dangerous!
