I feel like this is Founders response to Bell's Uberon. Not even close to Bell's bourbon barrel aged ale. Feels flat.

Plenty of malt notes plus a fleeting sweetness, then you get a fantastic blast of bourbon notes. Excellent. Prost!

Really enjoy this smooth barrel aged Octoberfest beer from founders. Great way to celebrate a Georgia and Islanders victory with the perfect weather late in October!!

The sweetness of the marten style intensifies the bourbon flavor. Very potent. Must be a whiskey drinker to enjoy. Nothing subtle here.

Exactly as described. Wow. Breast, carmelly with a slightly vanilla bourbon finish.

Lovely color. Aroma is malty. Caramel on the front. Nice sweet marzen.
