Nice smooth cinnamon flavor on front with some underlying bourbon notes. The maple slowly blends in. Some light vanilla n’breadiness follows. 11.1% is only moderately noticeable. Slightly sweet without being overly so.

Unbelievably thick aroma and the ingredient bill is all there. Cinnamon and vanilla are very forward. Doesn’t seem overly sweet. Alcohol burn follows each sip. Very well melded while keeping each of the distinct flavors noticeable.

Kitchen smells like syrup but the sweetness is mellow in the background. Heavy on the malts and booziness as a scotch ale should be. Fun seasonal variant but still prefer backwoods

A boozy, bourbon coffee flavor up front with a finish and lingering aftertaste of maple syrup, vanilla, creamy egg, and a hint of cinnamon. Tastes just like French toast. Konichiwa!
