Perfect base coffee stout with just a touch of chocolate flavor. 8.3% only moderately noticeable. Some oatmeal dryness in n finish.

Backwoods Bastard (2023)

Solid scotch ale. Smokey malt flavor on front. Some caramel flavor follows and blends throughout with oak notes. Bourbon barrel notes mid-end. 11% only moderately noticeable. Some dried fruit notes on finish as you drink more.

Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022)

A smokey maple flavor on front with some heat from the abv of 15+% that follows.Some coffee flavor follows.A light chocolate flavor blends in on finish . 15.3% is noticeable somewhat throughout.A bit more bittersweet on finish than I thought it would be.

French Toast Bastard

Nice smooth cinnamon flavor on front with some underlying bourbon notes. The maple slowly blends in. Some light vanilla n’breadiness follows. 11.1% is only moderately noticeable. Slightly sweet without being overly so. Cinnamon carries throughout.

Chocolate Cherry KBS

Nice light bourbon and chocolate flavor on front. A light cherry flavor blends in on back end as you drink more. Some light syrupy sweetness on finish here and there. 11.6% is somewhat noticeable.

120 Minute IPA (2017)

Still delicious after 5 years. Nice light honey citrus notes in the malty sweetness throughout. Slightly above average bitterness. Has Easily worked it way to 20%, there is some heat on the finish of each sip.

KBS Hazelnut

Coffee and nutty character on the nose. Big hazelnut/chocolate flavor throughout. Has a coffee flavor mid to end. Some Very subtle vanilla on finish as you drink more. 12% moderately noticeable.

Más Agave Grapefruit

Some tequila barrel flavor on front. An orang-ish grapefruit flavor follows. Average sour notes throughout. 9.7% moderately noticeable. Some salt notes on finish.

Más Agave Prickly Pear

Nice lambic flavored raspberry flavor on front. Tequilla barrel flavor follows with a nice alcohol heat, 9.7%. Moderate sour with a subtle sweetness. Some salty/dryness on finish. A little malt flavor on finish.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Some burnt caramel flavor on front. Some brown sugar notes follows. A slight dried fruit note joins in. A hint of cherry develops on the finish. Subtle bourbon barrel flavor throughout, builds slightly on finish. 11% not that noticeable.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021)

Cinnamon flavor front. A faint vanilla blends in. A dry chocolate flavor on finish. 12% moderately noticeable. Some barrel note on finish too.

Velvet Rush

Nice toffee/coffee flavor on front. Bourbon barrel flavor on finish. As it WARMS coffee and vanilla separate some on front while chocolate flavor blends with barrel notes mid to end. 11.1% is moderately noticeable.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa

Some dry cinnamon flavor on front. Some oak/bourbon barrel flavor follows. Some chocolate sweetness/flavor follows. Some coffee on finish. As it warms some vanilla come through mid-end blended in. 12% moderately noticeable.

Panther Cub

Delicious smoky chocolat’ity taste on front. Maple soon comes in to play, but a subtle note. some subtle caramel flavor blends in mid-end as you drink more. A true Porter style with some “kick”, 9.4% moderately noticeable. Some sugary sweetness n finish.

KBS Espresso (2020)

Nice bitter caramel espresso/coffee flavor on front. Some light vanilla hints follow. 12% is noticeable quickly, but subsides with all of the flavors. Some chocolate and caramel flavor on middle to a finish that has some bitter chocolate notes.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Delicious chocolate fudge flavor thickness off the front. Chocolate carries throughout. Sweet without being overly sweet. 11% hidden well. Some coffee notes come out as you drink. Maple flavor builds as you drink more too.

Big Lushious

Big raspberry and chocolate blend throughout. Just a hint of fruit/sugar bitterness. Solid ale style withOut being syrupy. 7.8% is only moderately noticeable.

Suddenly Comfy (2019)

True cinnamon flavor on front. Has faded after aging for 1 year. Literally the apple flavor is somewhat “squishy”, literally. Still has a nice consistency with a very nice vanilla hint on finish. Does “ripen after 30min open,lol.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)

Nice rich chocolate flavor on front with some bourbon barrel hints. Caramel quickly follows. Some light toffee/coffee on finish with some maple flavor hints. Some light 🔥on middle from 11.3%, but finished more smooth.
