Plenty of vanilla notes on top of the chocolate ones in the base Porter.

Nice vanilla coffee nose, strong on the java finish. Creamy mouthful. A Little bitter.

Too much coffee for my liking. Slightly smoky and bitter. Vanilla is scant.

A lot of vanilla and some undercurrents of chocolate to the nose. A solid porter base with some of that chocolate brewed in. The vanilla is more subtle and comes at the back end. I like this a little bit more than the leinenkugel’s snowdrift porter.

Vanilla really shows through as a great aftertaste .. mild coffee, a porter worth trying !!

Roasty smooth vanilla, rich chocolate syrup, fudge, molasses, caramel chocolate candies, Reisen, Graham crackers

I can’t remember the last porter I didn’t like. That said I wish this was a tad maltier. Still good
