Pours as expected. Smells of sweet vanilla. Smooth first sip, sweet vanilla initially but bitter base beer steps in quickly. Midway the sweetness drops, bitter base beer takes over. Body is a little light. Sweet vanilla turns on the finish. Pretty good

It was good. Strong vanilla on the nose. Moderate vanilla on the tongue. A little bitter with a moderate amount of coffee. Drinkable and not too heavy.

First since slaps you in the face with vanilla. Second sip, not as much. By the third sip there is only a hint. Then a pretty good porter with a bitter-ish finish shines though. I think I prefer their regular porter, but this ain’t bad.

Pretty good! I feel sometimes flavored porters and stouts can be kind of gimmicky but this was delicious. Sweet from the vanilla but the coffee notes really balance that out!
