4 Giants Tropical Treasure

IPA - Triple New England / Hazy

4 Giants Tropical Treasure 7.5 % The Tropical Treasure is out of control, covering The Realm in tropical fruit flavor! Their problem is your gain as this Hazy IPA is absolutely bombarded with the aromas of pineapple, tangerine and lemon for moderate sweetness and a touch of lingering bitterness to accentuate the delightful haze provided by the beer’s massively malty bill. Unearth the power of 4 Giants Tropical Treasure today!

Really, not very good. Tropical fruit, piney and earthy. The flavors just seem to clash, not playing nicely together at all.

Should I be worried this carries a "malt beverage with natural flavors" label? Is this actually king cobra with Hawaiian punch?

Quite sweet and fruity. Sweet orange, grape, and tropical hint. Aromatic hoppy cap. Sweetness at first is a bit overwhelming

Orange, lemon, and pineapple. Sweeter than I'd like it to be. Tropical and hazy, but not my thing. No thanks.

It’s a bit too sweet for me. When I drink a hazy ipa I want to be able to taste the flavor of the fruit, but to me the sweetness over powers that.

Definitely an intriguing brewhaha. Not sure if it’s my favorite it has a little to harsh of a fruit flavor with not quite enough hops to back it up. Not mad about it tho

With each new version of 4 Giants Founders has lowered the alcohol content&also the bitterness/hoppiness.This is still a good NE ipa w/lots of pineapple/tangeriney/tropical/fruity flavors; low-to-medium hoppiness; nice haze/mouthfeel & a lingering, sweet

Meh. One of Founders first misses for me. It’s has redeeming qualities like the pineapple and orange flavors but there’s a Belgian bubblegum lactose milkshake thing going on that doesn’t suit my pref.
