Bottled 3/11/21. Poured at 53°. Vibrant coffee, and the chocolate keeps the bitter roast on the mild side. If I can’t get Péché Mortel, I’m glad I have FBS for a breakfast beer year round.

"01.25.21" Chunky light mocha/cinnamon head, dark choc/roasty nose, chewy flaked oat malt, dark choc/coffee throughout, faint warm finish/nice bitter baking choc linger, always great

This brewary never ever misses, it’s just a perfect blend, not one flavor overpowering the other, If I’m ever in Michigan Founders I’m coming for you!!!!🍻

Just one of the best you can get right off the shelf, I think. Thanks to Goon for this awesome glass to keep it at the same temperature throughout.

Such a great brew from a great brewery. Great color, taste, hangtime.. sad that it was a nitro, missing that crisp over the pallet goodness.
