Hints of malt and grapefruit peel over a modest hops bitter. Almost 284,000 logins and I’ve never had this before?!?!?

Must have had an old one the 1st time I tried. Today's is fresh off the tap and it's great. Leaning into the piney citrus of the venerable Centennial hop, this is classic WC. Nicely balanced with a bit of caramel on the back, it's simple but effective.

Had this before. It is very hoppy, and with some malty flavor coming through. It has a bit of a bite and dryness in the backend.
