BOSS POUR! Don’t let Root Beer Friday fool you. It’s still Gose week. This Grand Rapids, Michigan Gose was brewed with mango (real or fake mango?) and sea salt. It’s faintly tart with malted wheat, a pinch of salt, and a very minor sweet mango flavor. 🥭

Decent if artificial tasting (which I expected.) Mango jarritos and salinity is very submerged... lightly sour, much more for the masses than the jaded fan in me lol.

I’m happy with this. They could probably throw dog shit in the Green Zebra base and it would taste good. Mango doesn’t do much, but it’s still there

From last weekend. Definitely a pool beer at my father-in-law’s condo’s indoor pool. I was cracking my son and nieces up by doing stagedives into the pool, then acting drunk and stumbling into the pool, which then devolved into just doing belly flops.

Courtesy of Jimmy. Nice balance of sweet & tangy. Hint of sea salt on the finish, which I usually don’t like, but it works well in this.
