Great autumn beer. Very rich sweet caramel with a slight smoke flavor. Goes great with a cool night. Delicious!!! There’s a lot more going on here. Just can’t pinpoint it yet. Ya can’t hear it, but that’s still Pearl Jam playing in the background FYI.

(2021) Inderdaad flink moutig. Mijn eerste indruk is koffie met candy suiker. Tonen van caramel en subtiel rokerig.

Malty. Some sweetness. Pretty good for what it is. Haven’t really been drinking much lately (which has been good for my waist line). Happy Halloween! (My costume today was a flaming hot Cheeto 😂)

Found a stash of these in the basement from last year. Seem to have aged reasonably well.

Interesting find. Doesn’t taste as dark as it looks. I do like scotch style ales.
