Carmel malt to a burnt dry taste. Like a brown ale with a scotch finish.

Чуть сладости, сдержанная лёгкая горчинка. Воск, соевый соус, карамель, лёгкий хмелек, перга. Очень сбалансировано, вкусно, круто.

Interesting mix of malts - some roasty, some sweet, some with a hint of smoke. Good amount of bitterness on the finish to keep it from being cloying. Surprisingly, I haven't checked this in before.

I'm a Scottish ale guy perhaps only 2 or 3 at time though. Especially when work released ya early today so you could brine a turkey for a friendsgiving on saturday.

What Scottish ale is meant to taste like. Celtic love and tradition is definitely embodied in this Brew.
