Goes great with Halibut just off the grill. A great blend of bourbon and stout.

2016, Missouri. This brew got me into craft beer. It used to be equally chocolaty, coffeeish and smooth with great bourbon undertones. I got older, had tones of great imperial stouts in between so perhaps I’ve outgrown it. Used to be great, now v. good. ♥

Lättsam och bra smak av kaffe som sedan mynnar ut i lite av bourbon.

Een mooi volle, zware en krachtige stout. Sterk in de afdronk maar ook ergens weer licht en smooth. Koffie en licht zoetig. Duidelijk barrel aged. De bourbon in goed aanwezig in de afdronk.
