Tried it cold and wasn’t feeling it. Remembered Gibby sharing his wisdom that stouts are better at a warmer temp. Let it sit for a bit and found Mike’s advice on point. Yes I’m a novice but willing to learn!

Lci G donkere mout, chocolade, wat koffie, iets zoetig. S zoet, donkere mout wat gebrand, koffie, pure chocolade, wat kruiden, volmondig, caramel, vanille, alcohol.

Very complex beer. Got all the flavors, coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate but the cinnamon was the leader of the pack. Could have done with a touch more vanilla sweetness to cut the booziness and spice of the cinnamon.
